Photo and video filming is underway as part of the exhibition. Please note that the organizers of the exhibition have the right to refuse you to attend the event without explaining the reasons. We ask you to follow the rules of visiting the exhibition and respect the rights of other visitors and organizers.

Thank you for choosing our exhibition event (hereinafter referred to as the Exhibition) and we remind you that when visiting the Exhibition you must comply with these Rules, which are established in order to ensure your safe and comfortable stay at the hotel and in the exhibition halls.

1. Entrance to the exhibition is carried out on the basis of an electronic ticket. The visitor receives a ticket after registration on the exhibition website. The ticket contains a QR code and can be presented from a smartphone or in printed form.

2. Upon entering the hotel, visitors must undergo a special control and personal inspection, including an inspection of hand luggage and personal belongings (Federal Law No. 35 of 06.03.2006, as amended. dated 08.11.2011, Federal Law No. 298 dated 15.11.2010, Law of Moscow No. 45 dated 21.11.2007, as amended. from 06/26/2013,

3. In case of an emergency on the territory of the Exhibition, visitors are obliged to unquestioningly comply with the requirements of the Exhibition staff, hotel staff and private sector employees a security company.

4. If abandoned items or suspicious items are found on the territory of the Exhibition and the hotel the visitor is obliged to immediately inform the employee of the Exhibition, the employee of the hotel, the em ployee a private security company or information desks located in exhibition halls.

5. There is a dress code at the Exhibition. Visitors are required to comply with the following points: stay in a clean environment, neat clothes that match the level of the event.

6. It is prohibited:
- to bring in any kind of firearms, gas and cold steel; - to carry explosives, flammable materials, pyrotechnics of all kinds, toxic, poisonous and caustic substances;
- to carry and consume alcoholic beverages, narcotic and psychotropic substances, to be in in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication;
- to organize and hold unauthorized rallies and demonstrations on the territory of the Exhibition, marches, picketing, and other uncoordinated promotions and flash mobs;
- apply inscriptions, paste up and distribute printed materials, posters, flyers and other production of informational or advertising content, conduct propaganda activities;
- engage in begging, pollute and litter the Exhibition area;
- to be in dirty clothes, with luggage, objects, products that can get dirty visitors and exhibits;
- obstruct the performance of official duties by employees of the Exhibition, hotel staff and employees of a private security company, do not comply with their requirements to comply with these
Rules, maintaining public order and ensuring access and on-site security;
- collect contact information of visitors (including using electronic systems,questionnaires, etc.)
- take photos and videos on the territory of the exhibition and the hotel without written permission from
The organizers of the exhibition.

Visitors may be prevented from entering the Exhibition area or removed from it in the following cases:
- if they refuse to undergo a personal inspection, including presenting hand luggage and personal belongings for inspection;
- if they are in a state of alcoholic, narcotic or toxic intoxication;
- if they attempt to enter the Exhibition area with prohibited items carrying objects; when committing acts that violate public order, as well as when engaged in begging;
- in case of non-compliance with the requirements of these Rules and officials in accordance with the current legislation the legislation of the Russian Federation.

If necessary,violators can be handed over to law enforcement officers.
